  My packages haven't been delivered since before Christmas! I've tried calling, but it disconnects my calls every time with a busy signal..and if by some slim chance it rings, it just keeps ringing! We've gone in person, and just get told that the tracking SAYS it's been delivered!! But it HASN'T! I'm filing an official report with the post master general's office. Something needs to be done about this horrible post office! Also, one day every week, there's no delivery in our community (Island Green) at all! Maybe a Tuesday this week or a Wednesday next week.. we never know. But they won't admit that either! I'm also going to attempt to press charges on our carrier for stealing my packages! Where else could they be going?

  Mail has been coming very late, deliveries have been going to the wrong addresses, concerns have been reported before about medical supplies showing they were delivered but never were and then were brought to the garage by the mail person the next day. So many neighbors have been complaining and seems they pay no attention. There must be a higher authority to address our problems to.
