  Just opened a new business account with Kirsten at the headquarters branch while she was training Alexis about three weeks ago. Both very personable and continue to remember my name each and every time I come in the bank! Kirsten seemed to be a great trainer by letting Alexis take the wheel throughout my whole account opening which took a bit longer but to make a better bank employee was worth the wait. That girl is smart as a whip! With this kind of customer service, I will be leaving First Citizens with my other business account and bringing it to this location. As a business executive, Alexis and Kirsten are exactly the type of people I want handling my finances! Thank you ladies.

  They have no conveniences ! If you don't use phone banking for 3 days it kicks you out of the system so, you have to "go into the bank " & reset your phone banking account ,If you don't use online banking for 3 days it kicks you out of the system so, you have to " go into the bank" & reset your account, you cannot make ATM deposits so ,you have to carry envelopes & deposit slips around in your briefcase everywhere you go .you drop cash into night deposit & get no receipt.The ATM kicks you out of the system too .there is not even one contact person after banking hours . This time the phone lines have been busy for two days now,so I can't even talk to someone during their short bussiness hours.This is a bank strictly for retired persons who want something to do ,you will spend most of your time "going into the bank ."not a bank for busy people .

  Staff behind the counter is unfriendly, and even shows attitude towards customers. I would never open an account with this bank.
