- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My renter went into this branch to deposit his rent check, like he's done since 2006. He carries a card which has my information including the last 4 digits of my account number. The teller posted his money to someone else's account. Once the error was caught my renter went in the next day and spoke with a man named "JK". I tried to reach "JK" and left a message. I spoke with "JL" she passed me off to "TB" It's been almost a week and the bank has not put the money back into my account and is not providing status updates either. Think twice before banking with BB&T, they lack good customer service and common sense.By Larry F, August 19, 2017
