- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bankers are very nice, but are useless to help me solve issues I've been having with an account. I'm definitely glad I didn't close my account out at my other bank or I would be in a bad situation. They either are unmotivated to help get my account taken care of or lack the organization to do it in a timely manner.
